Each spans 12 weeks and includes multiple levels to ensure progressive overload. The programs are designed for any gym equipped with barbells and plates and suit clients aiming to lose fat, gain muscle, or achieve both. Training principles include progressive overload, sufficient training volume, and intensity to promote muscle protein synthesis, along with proper warm-ups, recovery work, and rest to optimize performance and prevent injury.
