Refund Policy

    General Information

  1. All physical products sold through Ahouafitness.com are fulfilled, printed, and shipped by our third-party production partner, Printify.​​

  2. Our refund and replacement process follows Printify’s Return & Refund Policy.


    Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

    We will approve a refund or replacement if:

  1. The product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

  2. The wrong item or size is received compared to the order confirmation.

  3. The package is confirmed lost in transit by tracking data and Printify. 

  4. Refunds are not offered for:

  5. Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

  6. Incorrect sizing (unless different from ordered or defective).

  7. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or address errors provided by the customer.

    How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at Ahouafitness@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a brief issue description, and clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

  3. We will submit your claim to Printify for review.

  4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

  5. You may also review Printify’s claim submission requirements before sending your request to speed up processing.


    Processing Time

  1. Printify typically reviews claims within 5–7 business days after we submit them.

  2. Refunds may take 3–5 more business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


    Digital Products & Services

  1. All digital fitness programs, coaching sessions, and online content are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
